Good morning. I'm Draper. I plan, buy and watch retail media for a living. A brand just handed me R50 000. Scroll, and I'll show you exactly what I did with it.
Watch R50 000 become sales.
The whole brief is one line.

Daniel gave me one line: move the winter range at the shops that stock it. I picked the products from Fernwood's live ShoppingFeeder feed, checked the market against PriceCheck's price history, and priced the whole plan before his coffee went cold.

They shape it together. Then Fernwood says yes.

I drafted the plan and the creatives, and Daniel shared them with Thandi. She wanted the gift set leading, so I reworked the plan and both sides signed off. The campaign runs in her own Google Ads account, so the final word is always hers. And if nobody had said a thing, my draft was ready to run as it stood.

Lead with the gift set please. December buyers come to us for exactly that.

Done. Gift set leads on every channel, and I reworked the budget split to match. This is v2.

Happy with v2. The full R50 000 stands for the season peak. Approved from our side.

Accepted · runs in Fernwood's own ad account
The money waits until it is earned.

The R50 000 went into escrow before I spent a cent. I can only release it by proving results, and whatever I do not spend goes straight back to Daniel. Thandi knows the money is real, Daniel knows it pays out on evidence, and that rule keeps everyone honest. Including me.
Releases to Fernwood as the campaign delivers verified performance. Unspent budget returns to Harbour Lane.
I work while both of them sleep.

The campaign is live on Google, Meta and TikTok. Tonight I moved R1 800 from a slow afternoon slot to the evening slot that converts, and drafted a refresh of a creative that is starting to tire. I do this every few hours, and I write down why. Nobody at Fernwood does ad ops. Nobody at Harbour Lane chases a report.

Every sale traces back to the ad that made it.

Because the ads ran in Thandi's own account, each sale attributes inside the account that made it. I spent R43 700 of the R50 000. I do not spend money to finish a budget, so the R6 300 I did not need went straight back to Daniel. Thandi got paid for what ran, and Daniel briefed me again the same week.

You are one of the two sides.

Bring me your shop or your brand. I will watch it free in the Reech Hub, and when there is money to move, you have seen how I treat it.
Daniel, Thandi, Harbour Lane and Fernwood are fictional, and their faces and products were made for this story. The product screens are real.
